I would like to give both a brickbat and a bouquet to Beds4U. The brickbat is for when the bed was delivered we realised the slats were for a queen-sized bed rather than a king-sized bed. The correct slats couldn't be delivered for another week. The bouquet is for Lauren and her team, who delivered a king-sized base for the bed while we waited for the right slats to arrive. We love the bed and are very happy with the service. As LV Martin used to say, 'it’s the putting right that counts.'
