When our Trundle bed arrived, we went to set it up and noticed that the bridge had a rip in the bottom of it and wasn’t in the condition that we had expected. A call to Narn at the Masterton store resulted in a quick response and a replacement bridge being delivered just a few days later and the damaged bridge being picked up. Our 2-year-old son was very excited to sleep in his new big boy bed and will love having friends over for sleepovers! Big thanks to Bronwyn and Narn at Masterton Bed4U for looking after us and solving the problem with no issues; we really appreciate it.

The bed is fine. Delivery people are friendly but our understanding of the service we would get from delivery is very different. Was going to be dropped at the front door, rather than upstairs in the room. Also, packaging was not removed and expressly asked for this. Disappointing.
