We ordered the Bliss Gel Mattress and we absolutely loved it the first night we slept on it. Its really comfy and exceeded our expectation. However, we had a slight inconvenience as bed base came damaged and we have to ask for replacement. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience and staff Jacqui was really helpful during our purchase.
