  • All Beds4U products are designed and built to the highest standards.
  • Each product includes a 5–10 year warranty against manufacturing defects and faulty materials.
  • If your product is found faulty during this period, Beds4U will repair or replace it at our discretion.
  • It is normal for your body to take 3–4 weeks to adjust to a new mattress, especially when replacing an old one.

WHAT’S COVERED

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Structural faults affecting the performance of the mattress or base
  • Significant sagging or indentations beyond normal wear (greater than 35mm, where no improper use is evident)

WHAT’S NOT COVERED

  • Normal wear and tear, including body impressions up to 35mm
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Minor manufacturing irregularities that do not affect performance
  • Edge support damage caused by incorrect transport or inadequate base support
  • Damage or discomfort from incorrect or unsupported bases (including customer-supplied bases)
  • Changes in comfort preference, new bed odour, sheet fit, or bedding height
  • Stains or unsanitary conditions (a mattress protector must be used at all times)
  • Handles used for lifting (handles are for positioning only)
  • Loose threads or pulled stitching over time (normal wear and tear)
  • Fabric defects not reported within 24–48 hours of purchase
  • Products not purchased from Beds4U or without valid proof of purchase
  • Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

You must provide proof of purchase (including date) and be the original purchaser.

  • Contact your nearest Beds4U store with details of the fault.
  • You may be asked to provide photos of the fault or allow a product inspection.
  • Beds4U offers a return-to-base warranty:
    a. Transportation costs are the customer’s responsibility.
    b. If a fault occurs within the first year, the manufacturer covers freight costs.
  • An incorrect mattress choice is not considered a manufacturing fault.
  • Repairs are performed under warranty terms; replacements are only provided if the fault qualifies under manufacturer warranty.
  • Final warranty eligibility and replacement decisions rest solely with Beds4U.
  • Replacement may cover only the faulty component, not the entire product.
