How can I contact my local store?

What bed sizes do you sell?

If you’re looking online, we offer the ability to shop by NZ bed sizes, from Single to California King. Just click on the ‘Beds & Mattresses’ drop-down menu on our homepage and you’ll have the ability to shop by size, type, or comfort. If you prefer trying the bed in-store, you can visit the nearest Beds4U store, and our friendly and knowledgeable staff can help you with your queries and finding your dream bed!

How do I find a good mattress for my back?

We have a wide range of NZ made mattresses offering different ranges of comfort starting from soft to firm. We also offer 60-night comfort guarantee where you can upgrade your mattress to suit your comfort if you feel that the comfort is not right for you with your current mattress (bought from Beds4U).

Do you have a bed that is good for a side/back/front sleeper?

We are experts in NZ made mattresses! We provide many different types of mattresses like Latex, Gel Memory Foam, Pocket Springs, Inner Springs, etc. If you are shopping online, just click on the ‘Beds & Mattresses’ drop-down menu on our homepage to shop by type and choose the type of mattress you are after.

Does my local store have the bed I'm after in stock?

Beds4U is a NZ owned and operated business, so all our 16 bed stores sell the beds and mattresses that are featured online. However, stock on hand and display differs from store to store, so it’s best to get in touch with your local sleep experts to confirm the availability and lead times of the product you’re after.

Do you have Adjustable Beds?

Yes, we absolutely do! We have Adjustable Beds for people with chronic pain conditions and partners. You can adjust the inclination of the bed without affecting your partner's sleep and improve the quality of your sleep

Can I exchange my mattress if I don't like it?

We want to love what you buy with us and to help you invest in your new bed with confidence, we’ve got you covered with our 60 night comfort guarantee! This allows you to exchange and upgrade your mattress to another mattress that provides better comfort and support. Click here to know more.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. All of our products come with warranty. The warranty period varies depending on the product you have purchased. When you buy from us you can be sure that you’ll be well looked after should there be a manufacturing fault in your purchase. Click here to know more about the warranty!

How firm are your mattresses?

we supply a range of mattresses with different comforts ranging from soft to medium soft, medium, medium-firm and firm. If you are shopping online, just click on the ‘Beds & Mattresses’ drop-down menu on our homepage and shop by comfort. Please note that the comforts marked on these beds are by the average response that we receive from suppliers and customers. To getter a better gauge of the comfort, we recommend visiting your nearest Beds4U store.

Should I use a mattress protector?

Mattress protectors are the simplest and most effective way to protect your mattress from unexpected accidents. If you want to use one, we recommend a waterproof, hypoallergenic protector made of breathable fabric to give you the right amount of protection without compromising on comfort. How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via sales@yourstorename.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

PICK UP & DELIVERY

Where do you ship to?

We delivery in Auckland and North Island. Sorry, we are currently not shipping to South Island.

Can I change my delivery address?

We can change your delivery information a few days before your delivery. It is difficult for us to change your details on the delivery as the route for the delivery team is set. Please still contact Beds4U Team via our online Contact Form - we will try our best to help!

Can I specify a date for the delivery?

Absolutely! You may choose a dispatch date if you need your mattress delivered at a later date. We usually arrange the delivery time when you purchase, but if you want any change please feel free to contact the Beds4U team via our online Contact Form and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you do Free Delivery?

We usually don't offer free delivery unless it's advertised. You can enquire online or in-store for delivery charges.

Can I pick-up in store?

Of course – should you wish to pick up an online order, add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout. At checkout you will be presented with the option for either delivery or pick up - once you've selected pick up you can choose your nearest Beds4U store. If you prefer to order over the phone – simply let your store of choice know how you intend to receive the product when you place the order.

What are the estimated timings for in-store pick up?

Beds4U Team will contact you to let you know an accurate timeframe to collect your purchase from your desired store of pick up. You can also contact your local sleep experts to let them know of your availability and organize a specific day and time to suit you!

What is the estimated price for delivery?

Whether your local store is near or far, Auckland and North Island delivery is always available – however, rates do vary. If you’re ordering online, enter your address at check out and the delivery cost will appear. Alternatively, get in touch with us online or in-store to get more information on delivery rates and dates.

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer various payment options like Master and Visa credit cards, Laybuy, Zip pay, Humm, Genoapay, Finance now, Q card, and Gem.

Can I use multiple discount codes for one order?

We always try to make your shopping more interesting with great promotions. However, the validity of multiple codes used together depends on the conditions of the promotions. If you're in doubt, you can always get in touch with our friendly team online or in-store. 

Where can I use my discount/coupon code?

You can use your coupon in the last step of the order process. Just enter the code in the field below the total price. Click on 'apply coupon' and the revised total will be shown.

What if my discount doesn't work?

If you experience an error when inputting your discount code, please contact us.

Do you accept debit cards?

Yes, we accept debit cards.

Why does my order say “Cannot be processed with my selected payment provider”?

It’s possible you don’t have enough credit with your payment provider. Get in touch with your provider to make sure there are no issues with your account.

If you are using Zip or Afterpay you can make a larger initial payment to bring your order value under your credit limit. Note each provider has a different credit limit so make sure to check the details with your payment provider.

If your credit limit is maxed out, contact us to talk about in-store Laybuy with flexible payments options.

Do you issue refund?

We don't issue a refund if you change your mind so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

If you want a refund on the product we will deduct 20% of the total sale price towards our administration, stocking, and delivery fee.

How do I return an item?

We do not accept returns for products purchased so please choose very carefully. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us and we are happy to discuss options with you.

What kind of finance options do you have?

We offer various payment options like Master and Visa credit cards, Laybuy, Zip pay, Humm, Genoapay, Finance now, Q card, and Gem.

Do you offer WINZ quotes?

Yes, we sure do! You can visit the nearest Beds4U or contact us online and we can ask your nearest Beds4U store to contact you to organize a WINZ quote. Please note you can only pay in the store that has been authorized by WINZ as each store has its own WINZ number. This is why we ask you to visit the nearest 

Do you have Zip pay available?

Yes, Zip allows you to spread your purchase over 4 equal fortnightly payments. Every purchase you make with Zip is interest free.

To get started just select zip after you have checked out. You’ll know if you’ve been approved within seconds and we’ll ship your best night’s sleep as quickly as we can.
