Once you've made a purchase, our goal is to get your merchandise to its destination safely. Most items can be picked up in-store or delivered to your door by our delivery team.

Customer Pick-up

  • Hours for customer pickup vary by location. Please check with your store for details.
  • All pick up orders received online are processed within 2 weeks. Please allow additional time for NZ made products.
  • Our Sales associate will provide you with a number to call prior to picking up your merchandise. Please call at least one hour ahead to schedule your pick-up.
  • In the event that you need to return items that you originally picked up at the store or warehouse, you are responsible for transporting them back to the store/warehouse or arranging transport with our delivery team, for which a fee will apply.

Professional Home Delivery

Our delivery professionals are committed to getting your purchase into your home safely and with care. For these reasons, we recommend professional delivery. To help us achieve our goal, there are a few things you can do in preparation:

To prepare for home delivery:

  • Remove pictures, mirrors, plants, breakable items, and other furniture from the delivery path and destination room.
  • Clear furniture and other objects from the merchandise set-up area.
  • When measuring for fit, consider doorway, hall, and staircase space as well as the destination room.

In the event that you will not be home for your delivery, you may:

  • Leave a key in a safe place. Our delivery team will lock the key inside your home upon departure.
  • Ask a neighbor, apartment manager, or family member to meet us for delivery. We will need their contact's phone number to alert them to our arrival.
  • Upon request, our delivery team will call you one hour before reaching your home to allow you time to meet them.

Delivery Processing Time

  • All online orders are processed within 2 weeks depending on where your product is being delivered as well as the availability of the products.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, the delivery may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for the products in transit. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Beds4U will make every effort to keep to delivery schedules but will take no responsibility for delivery delays beyond its control.

  • Can I change my delivery address?
    We can change your delivery information a few days before your delivery. It is difficult for us to change your details on the delivery as the route for the delivery team is set. Please still contact Beds4U Team via our online Contact Form or by calling one of our stores - we will try our best to help!
  • Can I specify a date for the delivery?
    Absolutely! You may choose a dispatch date if you need your mattress delivered at a later date. We usually arrange the delivery time when you purchase, but if you want any change please feel free to contact the Beds4U team via our online Contact Form and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Do you do Free Delivery?
    We usually don't offer free delivery unless it's advertised. You can enquire online or in-store for delivery charges.
  • Can I pick-up in store?
    Of course – should you wish to pick up an online order, add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout. At checkout you will be presented with the option for either delivery or pick up - once you've selected pick up you can choose your nearest Beds4U store. If you prefer to order over the phone – simply let your store of choice know how you intend to receive the product when you place the order.
  • What are the estimated timings for in-store pick up?
    Beds4U Team will contact you to let you know an accurate timeframe to collect your purchase from your desired store of pick up. You can also contact your local sleep experts to let them know of your availability and organise a specific day and time to suit you!
