To make your old bed or mattress removal as easy as possible, simply ensure your mattress or sleep set is wrapped in a protective plastic bag before our delivery team arrives. You can purchase these mattress bags from any of our stores for $15. If wrapping the item is difficult for you, don’t worry—just let us know, and we’ll arrange for our team to help.

We are unable to remove metal bed frames, bunk beds, headboards, or any other furniture. Our service only covers mattresses or sleep sets that are wrapped and ready for collection when our delivery team arrives.
