THE CONTEST IS ONLY FOR CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE MADE A PURCHASE AT BEDS4U STORES OR ONLINE. THE NUMBER OF ORDERS YOU PLACE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility:
This Campaign is only open to individuals who sign up using the URL https://beds4u.co.nz/pages/customer-experience and are at least 18 years old on the day of entry. The Campaign is open only to New Zealand residents and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Beds4U, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and marketing agencies, and suppliers (collectively, the "Employees"), as well as immediate family members and/or individuals residing in the same household as Employees, are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Where prohibited, the Campaign is void.
2. Agreement to Rules:
By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and represents and warrants that they meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Beds4U as final and binding in all matters related to this Campaign.
Participants agree to allow Beds4U to use their submitted images, videos, and content at https://beds4u.co.nz/pages/customer-experience for marketing and branding purposes on the website and social media platforms.
3. Campaign Period:
Entries will be accepted online. Each contest period will be announced by Beds4U on their website and social media channels.
4. How to Enter:
To enter the Campaign, submit an entry using the online form provided at https://beds4u.co.nz/pages/customer-experience. All entries must meet the specified campaign requirements to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Beds4U.
- You may enter only once.
- You must provide all requested information.
- Multiple entries using different email addresses, IDs, or devices are prohibited.
- If you attempt to circumvent the rules using fraudulent means, Beds4U reserves the right to disqualify your entry.
5. Prizes:
The Winner(s) of the Campaign will receive store credit equivalent to the value of one Beds4U order. One Winner will be selected each month and may be contacted by phone or email. Prize specifics are solely determined by Beds4U. No cash or other substitution is allowed except at Beds4U’s discretion. Prizes are non-transferable. Any prize-related expenses, including taxes, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Beds4U to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6. Odds:
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification and Prize Claim:
- Winners will be contacted by email within 5 working days from the date selected.
- If a Winner does not respond or claim the prize within 5 working days, Beds4U reserves the right to select an alternative Winner.
- Upon acceptance, the Winner must collect the prize certificate at the nearest Beds4U store within 30 days.
- If not collected within 30 days, an alternate Winner may be selected.
- The certificate must be redeemed within 6 months.
- The certificate cannot be used with any other discounts or promotions; purchases must be made at the full retail price.
- Winners are required to have their photo taken at the store when collecting their prize.
- This photo will be used for social media announcements and promotional purposes.
- By participating, the Winner consents to the use of their image for marketing without additional compensation.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY THE WINNER (AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF Beds4U) WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
8. Rights Granted by You:
By entering (e.g., submitting a photo, video, text, etc.), you grant Beds4U and its licensees, successors, and assigns the right to use your entry, name, likeness, image, voice, statements, and biographical information in any media worldwide, in perpetuity, for promotional, advertising, or trade purposes without further notice or compensation.
You also represent and warrant that your entry is your original work and does not infringe on the rights of any third party. If your entry is found to infringe on any intellectual property rights, you will be disqualified. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beds4U against any such claims.
9. Terms & Conditions:
Beds4U reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Campaign in the event of a virus, bug, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control that affect the integrity of the Campaign. Beds4U also reserves the right to disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions.
Attempts to damage any website or undermine the Campaign may violate criminal and civil laws. Beds4U reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability:
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Beds4U and its affiliates, agencies, and representatives from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising out of:
i. Participation in the Campaign or acceptance of any prize
ii. Technical failures of any kind
iii. Unavailability of transmission or Internet services
iv. Unauthorized human intervention
v. Errors in administration or entry processing
11. Disputes:
This Campaign is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in New Zealand courts. You waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and any legal fees, beyond your actual out-of-pocket costs.
12. Privacy Policy:
Information submitted is subject to the Privacy Policy on the Beds4U website.
13. Sponsor:
The Campaign is sponsored by Beds4U.
14. Facebook Disclaimer:
This Campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
15. Acceptance of Rules:
By participating in the contest, you confirm that you have reviewed, accepted, and agreed to the Official Rules & Regulations.
16. Special Gift Voucher:
The $100 Special Gift Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers.
