Are your stores open in Alert level-4?
All our stores are currently closed during alert level-4. Once we move to a lower level, depending on the restrictions, the stores will adhere to the level regulations accordingly. But we are still trading and serving customers online. Place your order online. Our online team is available to assist customers over the phone, email or chat for any kind of question or query related to product, purchase or delivery.
Are you delivering in Alert Level- 4?
Yes, we will now be delivering a range of beds which are readily available and has been marked as essential on our website. Click here to Shop the range. For now we are only delivering essential beds in Auckland. However, you can check with our online team for delivery time frame for your locations.
Will you be operational in Alert Level-3? Will stores be open for customers to visit and shop in store?
We will be operational in level-3 and will be delivering the orders throughout NZ, but our stores will not be open for customers to visit according to the rules of Alert Level-3. There are no restrictions for online shopping so you can always place your order online on our website or by calling your local store and get your product delivered or opt for a contactless pickup from our store once we are in Alert Level-3.
Are your deliveries contactless?
Yes, all our deliveries will be contactless once we move to the alert level where deliveries are allowed. We will only do door to door delivery maintaining a safe distance and taking other necessary precautions as we believe our customers' and staff's safety is of utmost priority. The delivery will be possible only when alert levels and government rules allow it.
What will be the approximate delivery time of my order?
We will be able to deliver once we enter into lower Alert levels. The lead time of fulfilling the orders will also depend on our manufacturers, who will be working around the clock to put the production line in place with all the safety measures required; however this can only begin once the restrictions are lifted. For the approximate lead time of your current order or the orders you are considering to place, you can contact our respective store or our online support team.
Can we pick up a mattress from your store at level-3?
Yes, you can pick up the mattress from your nearest Beds4U store at level-3, as long as regulations allow it and safety measures are in place.
What will happen to products I had ordered before lockdown?
We will resume delivery as soon as we move to lower levels. Despite some stores not being open to the public, we are still trading and serving customers, so your order should be fulfilled as soon as we can. If you have any concerns, please feel free to reach out to the store you ordered from and they will provide you with an update.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, absolutely! You can place orders over the phone. All our staff, regardless of alert level, are available for our customers to help them with their query and orders. Please reach out to your nearest store or our online support team who will be happy to assist.
What is your return policy if I order online and don’t like the bed?
