We all are inundated with a lot of work and when we go back home we strongly desire a peaceful and uninterrupted sleep, but for many reasons, we don't achieve it and then the question arises “Why can’t I sleep?”

  • OVERTHINKING CAN BLOCK YOU FROM SLEEP

Might be you are overloaded with your office projects and even in the night thinking about it because office work is your fear and this makes you wayward and block your sleeping. So do not force yourself to think so much.

Solution? Get up and go to another room or any part of your house, this will divert your mind, now you can go back and sleep, this is a well-studied strategy that anyone can use who is facing this overthinking problem.

Ideally, 7-8 hours sleep is must, otherwise, you will suffer from mood swings, depression, headstrong mind and more.
